Meet The Director

Realizing he had a dream for being a director, Joel Trujillo started filming stop go animation movies with his Star Wars action figures in the late 90's. He had watched many programs on the Discovery Channel on how to film special effects. In his early beginnings he would film two weeks and get about 5
minutes worth of movie. He learned allot from his High school art teachers in Moscow, Kansas but his home town is Hugoton, Kansas.

Joel Trujillo attended Seward County Community college in Liberal, Kansas and began earning how to use Photoshop. In 2004 he decide since he had the software now and a digital camera it was time to start working with actors again and stories. In 2006 he teamed up with Randal Greenwood and Nightwalker Films to film Dusk Of The Living Dead and Fields Of The Living Dead which now they have gone there separate ways.

In Early 2007 Joel Trujillo got the opportunity to submit a film On the Lot which was a groundbreaking new show brought to you by reality show mastermind, Mark Burnett, and legendary producer and director, Steven Spielberg.

Joel Trujillo filmed the last movie to Dusk and Fields. Eclipse of the dead. Joel said that this would be the last zombie movie he would do.

The future looks good for writer director Joel Trujillo. He working on his next full length movie of Serpent Lake which he will begin filming this summer of 2008.
